It's a conversion on the second floor of a beautiful, four-storey building. It has two bedrooms and a large living room overlooking the sea. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been re-fitted.

Is it centrally heated?

Yes, it's centrally heated throughout, and double-glazed too.

Does it have a parking space?

No, but there's plenty of unrestricted parking in Marine Drive and nearby.

How much is it?

It's $139,995, but I believe the owner would be willing to accept an offer.

How long is the lease?

There's no lease, it's a condominium.
